U1 is a single layer of winding enameled wire, winding is relatively simple, mainly used for low power and low current occasions.
HAI enameled wire is a premium electromagnetic wire material designed to provide long-lasting performance and reliability, and is ideally suited for use in a variety of electrical applications, especially in demanding industrial and commercial environments. This enameled wire utilizes selected raw materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure excellent insulation capabilities and resistance to heat, cold and chemicals.
A key feature of HAI products is their highly uniform and continuous coating, which has been specially engineered to provide not only excellent electrical insulation, but also enhanced physical abrasion and aging resistance. In addition, the conductor portion of HAI enameled wires is made of highly conductive copper material, which ensures good current transfer capability and low resistance loss, while maintaining good flexibility for easy coil processing and installation.
